A Kir Royale is a very elegant drink consisting of Champagne and cassis, a currant liqueur. We put our spin on it by substituting our Hibiscus Infused Maple for the cassis. The results are, if I dare say, even better. Just pour the Champagne in a flute and add the Hibiscus in an amount to your liking. I would suggest starting with a teaspoon and adding to taste. The syrup will sink to the bottom of the glass. You can keep it stratified for an arty effect or stir gently for a festive rose colored cocktail.
