Creamy, fruity, and sweet, the lassi is a yogurt-based drink from India meant to cool you off on a hot day. This one includes mango and your choice of Runamok Honey. Traditional lassis often include spices and we recommend you bring out your adventurous palate and try out a few spices such as ground cardamom or nutmeg to give this a kick. Or you can keep it simple and enjoy as is.
3 Tbsp Runamok Honey (Beekeeper’s Cut, High Plains Clover, Orange Blossom or Knotweed)
1 Tbsp granulated sugar
2 cups diced mango (fresh or frozen)
2 cups water
1 cup whole milk or greek yogurt
Place all ingredients, except for the ice, in a blender. Mix until smooth and all the mango and sugar have been incorporated. Pour over ice and serve. Makes 4 servings.
