Gin cocktail with Hibiscus Infused Honey

Servings: 1 cocktail
Shake all ingredients with ice; double strain into a rocks glass with a hibiscus ice cube.
*Hibiscus honey syrup: combine 2 parts Runamok Hibiscus Honey and 1 part hot water. Stir until dissolved. Refrigerate.
- 2 Optional, hibiscus ice cube: ⅓ cup dried hibiscus flowers, ⅓ cup sugar, 3 cups water. Bring all ingredients to a boil, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Turn off heat and let steep for 10 minutes. Strain out the leaves, fill a tray of 2x2 inch ice molds, and freeze.
