Recipe Inspired by Damn Delicious
- 2 cups cranberry juice
- 2 cups apple juice
- 1/4 cup Runamok Maple Syrup (Holiday Spice, Festivus Infused, or Sugarmaker’s Cut)
- 2 oranges, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup halved fresh cranberries
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 3 star anise pods
- 2 cups sliced small apples
- 1 (750 ml) bottle pinot grigio, chilled
Stir together cranberry juice, apple juice, and maple syrup in a large pitcher. Combine oranges, cranberries, rosemary, and star anise in a separate container and let sit for 30 minutes, then remove the rosemary.
In a large serving pitcher or bowl, whisk together orange mixture, apples and remaining 1 cup cranberry apple juice.
Let chill in refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Serve over ice with pinot grigio and garnish with star anise.
