For this product, we then infuse the honey with Chipotle Morita Chile Peppers which bring a combination of chili heat and chipotle's signature smokiness. Chipotle peppers range from 2,500 - 8,000 Scoville heat units, which make it a comparable pepper to the jalapeño.
