Corn on the Cob with Merquén Butter

Pep up your corn on the cob with a compound butter that is blended with our Hot + Spicy Smoked Chili Pepper Maple.  The syrup adds just a hint of spice, smoke, and sweetness that perfectly complements the corn. Add salt and a sultry summer evening and you have a bit of nirvana.

  1. Blend the butter with the Hot + Spicy Maple Syrup, using a fork to incorporate well.  Set aside in a small ramekin or bowl.
  2. Shuck the corn and grill or steam it for just a few minutes. 
  3. Serve with the maple butter and extra salt.
