Corn on the Cob with Merquén Infused Maple
5 Tbsp butter, softened
1 Tbsp Runamok’s Merquén Infused Maple Syrup
4 ears of fresh corn
Blend the butter with the Merquén Infused Maple Syrup, using a fork to incorporate well. Set aside in a small ramekin or bowl.
Shuck the corn and grill or steam it for just a few minutes. Serve with the Merquén butter and extra salt. Serves 4.
