Another excellent cocktail from Stonecutter’s Maple Madness contest by J. Jensen.  This one combines boiled cider with Stonecutter Whiskey, amaro and Ginger Infused Maple for a spicy-sweet concoction.  Jubilee indeed.

Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a double rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish with 3 apple slices, rubbed with lemon.
