Our collaborators at Nielsen-Massey know a thing or two about how best to use vanilla. They presented this lovely Champagne cocktail on their website (which we highly recommend you visit for inspiration). Since our Vanilla Bean Infused maple is already a syrup loaded with fragrant vanilla, you can use it in place of two ingredients on their list; simple syrup + vanilla. The resulting cocktail is easier and delightful.

  • 1 Put the Vanilla Bean Maple, lemon juice, Campari, and gin or cognac to a cocktail shaker. Add ice, put on the cap and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
  • 2 Strain into a coup glass, top with champagne or prosecco and garnish with an orange peel.
