This cocktail by by J. Jensen combines boiled cider with rye whiskey, amaro and Ginger Infused Maple for a spicy-sweet concoction. Jubilee indeed.
Jubilee
- 1 ½ oz rye whiskey
- ½ oz amaro Abano
- ½ oz boiled cider
- ½ oz lemon juice
- ¼ oz Runamok Ginger Root Infused Maple Syrup
- 3 dashes Fee Brothers cardamom bitters
Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a double rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish with 3 apple slices, rubbed with lemon.
