We’ve completed the next steps in our quest to develop the 2024 New Flavor Contest champion, Vanilla Bean Infused Maple Syrup.
After extensive experimentation from our Flavor Alchemists, we’re thrilled to announce we’re partnering with Nielsen-Massey® vanillas to source the whole organic Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Beans used in this infusion.

Nielsen-Massey® vanillas has been supplying the culinary world with the world’s finest vanilla for well over 100 years. The whole organic vanilla beans we’ve selected have been cultivated and cured on the Bourbon Island of Madagascar. The flavor is full, fragrant, sweet, creamy and mellow with velvety after-tones – a perfect balance with our rich maple syrup.

After testing out various forms of vanilla, we decided the optimal flavor was produced by placing an actual (sliced) bean in the bottle of syrup. This active ongoing infusion results in a bold, rich vanilla flavor that’s got our team swooning. 

To top it off, our long-time label artist Ray Prado designed a gorgeous label that perfectly complements the product.
