This is another gem from our collaboration with Blake Hill Preserves. It combines two of the best flavors of fall – apple and ginger – with the smokiness of rye whiskey. The clove from our Aromatic Bitters rounds it out beautifully.


  • 2 oz rye whiskey

  • ¼ oz ginger liqueur

  • 2 tsp Blake Hill’s Heirloom Apple Jam

  • 2 dashes Runamok Aromatic bitters

  • Ice

  • Dried apple garnish


  • 1 In a short glass, combine whiskey, ginger liqueur, apple jam, and bitters.
  • 2 Add ice and stir well.
  • 3 Garnish with dried apple slice.
