This is another gem from our collaboration with Blake Hill Preserves. It combines two of the best flavors of fall – apple and ginger – with the smokiness of rye whiskey. The clove from our Aromatic Bitters rounds it out beautifully.
Apple Jam and Ginger Whiskey Cocktail
Apple of My Eye

Servings: 1 Drink
2 oz rye whiskey
¼ oz ginger liqueur
2 tsp Blake Hill’s Heirloom Apple Jam
2 dashes Runamok Aromatic bitters
Dried apple garnish
- 1 In a short glass, combine whiskey, ginger liqueur, apple jam, and bitters.
- 2 Add ice and stir well.
- 3 Garnish with dried apple slice.
