What way to better celebrate the arrival of warmer months than with a light, spring-inspired infused honey. Bright and citrusy, this clover honey infused with organic lemon verbena pulls off the taste trick of being quite lemony without any acidity. Along with the lemon it imparts a deeply herbal note which lends itself to tea, goat and soft cheeses, and pastry.
