Maple syrup absorbs the flavor of vanilla beautifully since it already has hints of it naturally in its pure form. We’ve paired up with the experts at Nielsen-Massey Vanillas® to source the finest whole, organic vanilla beans from Bourbon Island in Madagascar. We left a bean in each bottle of syrup so that the essence will continue to bloom over time. You will see little flecks of vanilla seeds along with the syrup just as you would in premium vanilla ice cream or expertly prepared pastries, resulting in an exquisite infusion that is sure to be a new favorite.

Tasting Notes
Sweet, floral, and creamy – pure maple has existing vanilla and caramel notes that are amplified by the infusion of real vanilla beans for an exquisite velvety finish.
Recommended Uses
We recommend using it anywhere you would pure maple, including on waffles, yogurt, granola, pancakes, ice cream, or in coffee. Use it in cake frostings, to spruce up fruit, in hot cocoa or maple pudding.

Nielsen-Massey® has been supplying the culinary world with the world’s finest vanilla for well over 100 years. We use only whole organic Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Beans in this infusion. Cultivated and cured on the Bourbon Island of Madagascar, each vanilla bean is hand-selected for its freshness and rich fragrance. The full, sweet, creamy and mellow flavor with velvety after-tones is long-lasting and found in both the bean and the seeds. Each bean is hand sliced in-house and included in the bottle to continue building flavor long after the initial infusion.
