We source certified Organic lemon verbena and infuse it into a base of our high plains clover honey from our beekeeping partners in the high plains region of Montana and South Dakota.

The years we spent honing our skills at infusing maple have been applied to this new category of honey with excellent results. We started with a high plains clover base honey from Montana because it is the perfect canvas for a variety of flavors and sourced the highest quality, organic ingredients we could find. The resulting infusions are honeys that are more complex and delicious than the sum of two simple ingredients.
