Processing Time

We do our best to ship orders quickly. Most orders leave our Vermont facility within 2–3 business days. During peak seasons (like the holidays), processing times may extend to 5 business days — but we’ll always keep you updated.

Shipping Rates & Methods

We offer several shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): For orders under $75 being shipped within the contiguous US, we offer a flat rate of $7.95. For all other orders, rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Free Shipping on orders within the contiguous U.S. over $75 (after discounts, before tax).

  • Expedited Shipping options are available at an additional cost.

Shipping carriers: UPS, USPS, and FedEx, depending on destination and order size.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We currently ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Please note that PO boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO) may require USPS delivery and could take additional time.

International Orders

From Canada to Australia and everywhere in between, we’re proud to ship our maple syrup all over the world. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are not inclusive of customs fees and taxes. Runamok is not responsible for customs fees and has no insight into the cost of custom fees/taxes. Customers receiving the product are responsible for paying customs fees. 

Please allow 7–14 business days for delivery.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please note that carriers sometimes mark packages as “delivered” a few hours before they physically arrive — check again the next day if it hasn’t shown up yet.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us at info@runamokmaple.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and photos (if damaged).
    We’ll work with the carrier to make it right.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once additional postage is paid. Please double-check your address before placing your order.

Order Changes or Cancellations

We start processing orders as soon as they’re received, so we can’t guarantee changes once your order is placed. If you made an error, contact us at info@runamokmaple.com as quickly as possible.
