Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency and duration you select.

Your payment details are stored securely, and your card will be charged automatically for each recurring shipment unless you choose to cancel in advance.

You can pause, change, or cancel your subscription anytime through the link in your order confirmation email or by logging into your account. If you have trouble accessing your subscription portal, email info@runamokmaple.com and we’ll be happy to help.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. If you don’t wish to renew, simply cancel before your next billing date.

Pre-Orders

From time to time, we offer select items on pre-order — for example, limited seasonal releases or new product launches that are not yet in stock.

When you place a pre-order, you’re reserving the product in advance. We may collect full payment or a partial deposit at checkout, and your order will ship as soon as the product is available. 

You can cancel a pre-order any time before it ships by emailing info@runamokmaple.com. Once an order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be canceled, but you may request a return or refund per our Returns Policy.



Need to Make a Change?

If you’d like to update or cancel any order before it ships, reach out to us as soon as possible at info@runamokmaple.com. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we’re unable to make changes, but we’ll do our best to accommodate where possible.
