Restaurants, hotels, resorts, cafes, and beverage programs across the country are looking for exactly what we make: a premium, story-rich pantry brand their guests remember. Schedule & Compensation
Pay Range: $100,000 - $130,000 base plus growth incentive, commensurate with experience.
Full-time. Field and relationship heavy with operators and distributors. Significant travel to operators, distributors, and trade shows.

What you’ll do

Build and own the foodservice channel strategy: target segments, distributor architecture, pricing, the account pipeline and target pipeline.

Open and grow relationships with broad line and regional distributors (Sysco, US Foods, PFG, and regional specialists) — HQ calls, DSR trainings, ride-alongs, and trade/food shows coupled with direct sales to operators and making the operator to distributor connections.

Land and develop flagship operator accounts: hotel and resort groups, restaurant groups, cafes, and beverage programs based on our premium product & fit.

Partner with the VT / New England Sales Representative, who reports to you and leads our home-turf foodservice push.

Build the tools the channel needs — spec sheets, usage and menu inspiration, back-of-house formats — with our marketing team.

Keep an accurate pipeline and monthly growth reporting; feed operator and competitive intel back to the team.

What you’ll bring

5+ years of foodservice sales in specialty or premium food & beverage, with wins you can point to on menus and in distributor networks.

Working relationships with broad line and regional distributors, and the HQ-call confidence to open new ones.

A builder’s mindset — comfortable being the person leading the channel, making decisions and measured by the numbers.

Comfort using AI tools to research operators, prep calls, build efficiencies and stay organized across a national pipeline.

Strong aptitude in CRM, ERP and spreadsheets.

A genuine love of premium food and drink, excellent communication, willingness to travel, and a valid driver’s license.

Inventory Control Specialist
Department: Operations
Reports To: Operations Manager
Location: Fairfax, VT (on-site)
Wage Range: $28 to $35 per hour, commensurate with experience
Work week: 5 days a week, 8 hours per day, occasional overtime required

The Opportunity
As our Inventory Control Specialist, you own inventory accuracy across raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods. You will run cycle and physical counts, reconcile what is on the floor with what is in the system, investigate discrepancies, and build the processes that keep our numbers trustworthy. You will work across operations, production, procurement, warehouse, accounting, and QA.
Why take this job? Because right now our counts are not always right, system visibility is a challenge and we are trusting you to fix that. This is not a seat-warmer role. It is a rare chance to walk in, own inventory accuracy end to end, and build the system instead of just working inside someone else’s. You bring the expertise we do not have in house today, get the mandate to set the standard, and see your fingerprints on numbers the whole company relies on.
Schedule & Compensation
Full-time, on-site, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime. Non-exempt and hourly.

What you’ll do

Establish and enforce best-practice cycle counting and physical inventory processes, including how they run, how often, how they are verified and do so on a regular basis.

Diagnose why counts have been off, roll out the fixes that prevent it, and document clear standard operating procedures.

Maintain accurate records across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods through disciplined counts, audits, and reconciliations.

Investigate discrepancies and route well-supported adjustment proposals for approval before posting. No surprise adjustments.

Master the ERP and use AI to speed analysis, surface anomalies, and turn data into recommendations leadership can act on.

Run receiving and FIFO rotation, and support QA, procurement, and production planning as needed.

Partner with accounting on reporting for accurate financial statements and lead support for annual inventory counts.

Receive and manage bulk syrup inventory, a specialized category that arrives in a short, intense window and takes real finesse and attention to detail to handle well.

What you’ll bring
-
Proven inventory control experience in manufacturing, where you personally completed cycle and physical counts and put best practices in place, not just following someone else's.

Strong command of cycle counting, reconciliation, adjustment controls, and FIFO, plus real ERP fluency and the ability to learn new tools fast, including AI-assisted ones.

Sharp attention to detail, the persistence to chase a discrepancy to its source, and clear communication across operations, accounting, and QA.

Knowledge of food safety regulations and GMP is a plus; a supply chain or business degree is nice but not required.

A positive, team-first attitude and comfort with priorities that shift throughout the day, especially around counts and month-end.
