This sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Runamok Maple LLS, located at 293 Fletcher Road, Fairfax VT 05454 ("Sponsor").
Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 00:01 EST on 09/23/2026 and ends at 23:59 EST on 10/05/2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Entries received before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
How to Enter
There is no purchase necessary to enter. Enter by one of the following methods during the Sweepstakes Period:

Online entry: Visit https://runamokmaple.com/pages/sweepstakes-september-2026 and submit your email address, which will register one (1) entry for the email address.

Mail-in alternate entry (no purchase necessary): Hand print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, and date of birth on a plain 3" x 5" card, and mail it in a stamped envelope to 293 Fletcher Road, Fairfax, VT 05454, ATTN: Sweepstakes Entry. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by 10/05/26 and received by 10/07/26. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per outer envelope.
Limit one (1) base entry per person/email address, regardless of entry method. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or postage-due mail-in entries.
Prize, Approximate Retail Value, and Odds
Prize: One (1) winner will receive a one (1) year membership to the Runamok Bottle of the Month Club (twelve (12) monthly shipments of one bottle of Runamok Maple product each). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $239.40. Total ARV of all prizes awarded: $239.40.
No cash alternative or substitution will be permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion, in which case a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted. Prize is non-transferable. Winner is responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Winner Selection, Notification, and Verification
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, on or about 10/7/2026. The potential winner will be notified by email to the address provided at entry within 5 business days of the drawing.
The potential winner must respond within 7 days of notification and may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and (where legally permitted) publicity release. If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within the required time, or is found ineligible, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.
General Conditions
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Release of Liability
By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
Publicity Release
Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner's consent for Sponsor to use winner's name, city/state of residence, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at https://runamokmaple.com/policies/privacy-policy. Entering the Sweepstakes is a separate action from opting in to Sponsor's marketing emails; entrants who wish to receive marketing communications must separately opt in.
Disputes and Governing Law
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Vermont, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Vermont.
