This cocktail by by J. Jensen combines boiled cider with rye whiskey, amaro and Ginger Infused Maple for a spicy-sweet concoction.  Jubilee indeed.

Runamok Maple - Recipe Jubilee

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz rye whiskey
  • ½ oz amaro Abano
  • ½ oz cider
  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • ¼ oz Runamok Ginger Root Infused Maple Syrup
  • 3 dashes Runamok Orange Bitters

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake.
  2. 2Strain into a double rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish with 3 apple slices, rubbed with lemon.
