Fireside Toddy

Our cocktail mixers and bitters are the perfect additions to a warming hot toddy. Emily Morton from Burlington’s Deli 126 concocted this gem for us using our Smoked Old Fashioned syrup and our Aromatic bitters. A shot of bourbon, topped by the citrusy flavor of Constant Comment tea make it ideal for a cold, winter night.

Instructions

  1. Prepare a half mug of Constant Comment hot tea.
  2. Preheat a separate mug with boiling water and dump after five minutes.
  3. Add the Smoked Maple Old Fashioned syrup, bourbon (or scotch), bitters and lemon juice to the warmed mug. Top with the tea and stir.
