BREAKFAST IN BED
Stuffed French Toast
This is an over-the-top rich and gooey approach to French toast. It is made similar to regular French toast but rather than one slice of bread dipped in custard, two slices are spread with a sweetened cream cheese filling in the middle and cooked accordingly. Think of it as bread pudding with icing, but much easier and quicker to make.
Chocolate Hazelnut Granola
Who says granola always has to have a halo over it? This chocolate version is coated in Cocoa Infused Maple and mixed in with oats and hazelnuts for a mix that is perfect over ice cream or yogurt. We have Shannon Kennedy from @consideringthefork to thank for this recipe and photo. Our customers are the best.
Elevated Iced Coffee
If your homemade iced coffee needs a bit of a facelift to get you going in the morning, a stir of Runamok maple could be just what you need. It’s already in syrup form so no frustration from trying to dissolve sugar crystals into your already-cold beverage. Even better, our all-natural sweetener is a better alternative to refined sugar and artificial creamers, while bringing robust flavor, richness, and an assortment of flavors for your new favorite pick-me-up!
DECADENT DESSERT
Vegan Chocolate Mousse
This is a scrumptious recipe for vegan Chocolate Mousse from our friend, Diana Goldman at Beantown Kitchen. Here she uses maple syrup as an extra sweetener to enrich the flavors of chocolate and vanilla. Diana has a cookbook for plant-based cuisine coming out very soon and we can’t wait to check it out.
Maple Panna Cotta
It’s the perfect romantic end to dinner: it is elegant, has an Italian name, and won’t leave you feeling too full. Essentially, panna cotta is a sweetened cream that is solidified with gelatin. Though it sounds dull, it creates an ethereal berries and cream experience that is an absolute delight amid heavy mid-winter food. It is usually served with a sauce and for this recipe I used infused maple syrup. It was perfection.
Cocoa Bean Pop Tarts
The best part of waking up is… poptarts! However, these aren’t your traditional poptarts, they’re more of a dessert – which honestly if you can have breakfast for dinner… then why not dessert for breakfast?
CUTIE COCKTAILS

Jack Rose
Jack Rose is a classic cocktail that first appeared in the early 20th century. Made with Applejack, a traditional apple-based brandy, grenadine for sweetness, and fresh lime juice for a tangy kick, this cocktail strikes a balance between sweet and tart with a strong apple backbone. The addition of our maple-based Grenadine syrup pays homage to quintessential flavors of Vermont in a cocktail.
Leather and Velvet
Leather and Velvet is the signature cocktail of our award-winning Smoked Old Fashioned Cocktail Mixer. Warm and sophisticated, we created this cocktail mix with our Pecan Wood Smoked Maple and added real orange essence for a new twist that will redefine the Old Fashioned.
Cambridge Club
The Clover Club is a simple, elegant cocktail that dates back to the pre-prohibition era. Newer variations on the Clover Club sometimes replace the original raspberry syrup with grenadine. With the upgrade to our naturally-sweetened Maple Grenadine in this recipe below, we thought it was fitting to re-brand ours the “Cambridge Club” in honor of our Cambridge, Vermont sugarbush.
