Hot and Smoky

What is it about smoky flavor that is so enticing? When food has a smoky taste, it takes on an extra element of complexity; a pleasant bitterness that augments other flavors such as sweet, salty, sour, and spicy. Perhaps it is evocative of outdoor cooking over an open fire, where everything tastes better. We have several smoky options from syrup, mixers, and honeys that have a hint of smoke, all of which can be used in traditional and new ways.

None of them contain artificial flavoring but get their smokiness from the real deal, just as it should be. Since we did all the work of getting it in there, all you have to do is add a bit for the perfect extra kick of flavor and complexity.
