• 1½ oz Stonecutter Spirits Heritage Cask Whiskey
  • 1 oz Cocchi Americano Rosa
  • ½ oz lime juice
  • ½ oz Runamok Makrut Lime-Leaf infused Maple Syrup
  • ¼ oz Angostura Bitters
  • 3-4 sprigs of thyme, for garnish and muddling


Add thyme and angostura bitters to cocktail shaker. Muddle thyme with Angostura bitters. Add remaining ingredients to shaker. Shake with ice. Double strain into a double old-fashioned glass with a large, square ice cube. Garnish with a lime zest and a sprig of fresh thyme.
