Maple Mummy Cookie Recipe by Lenox Bakery

Ingredients:

  • 1 stick Unsalted Butter
  • 3/4 cup Light Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/3 cup Runamok Maple SugarMakers Cut  Syrup
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/3 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • Candy Eyeballs

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cream the butter, brown sugar, and sugar together for about 2 minutes.
  3. Add in eggs, maple syrup and vanilla.
  4. Mix in the flour and baking soda.
  5. Scoop on a parchment lined baking sheet with a medium cookie scoop.
  6. Bake for 9-10 minutes.

 

Maple Glaze:
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1/3 cup Runamok Maple SugarMakers Cut Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Milk

Mix powdered sugar, maple syrup and milk together. Drizzle over cooled cookies then add on candy eyeballs.
