Our limited release Star Anise Infused Maple is the perfect sweetener for a bourbon Hot Toddy. The licorice flavor melds perfectly with the whiskey, which are both nicely offset by the lemon and bitters. Top it all off with hot water and you have an ideal evening warmer.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz bourbon
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz Star Anise Infused Maple
- 3 dashes Runamok Orange Bitters [1]
- Boiling water
Combine the bourbon, lemon, maple and bitters in a mug. Add boiling water to nearly the top, stir, and enjoy.
