Maple syrup and honey are both wild-harvested products that we believe work for a better environment – not against it. Combining our culinary passion and innovative approach with only the highest quality ingredients, we’re proud to offer all-natural products that are sustainable, beautifully designed, and, of course, delicious.

Changing the way you look at maple syrup

Everyone knows maple syrup goes well with pancakes/waffles. What they don’t always know is how maple can transform everything from cocktails and glazes to desserts, savory main dishes and beyond.

Coffee + Tea Sweetener

Maple is the best way to start any day. For coffee and tea it’s a great alternative to refined sugars and is way healthier than artificial sweeteners. From pure maple syrup and infusions to our barrel-aged offerings, there’s a combo/pairing for everyone. Try our Sugarmaker’s Cut or Cinnamon + Vanilla Infused in coffee or black tea or Salted Caramel Maple to craft an instant salted caramel latte.

Cheese Pairing

One of our best discoveries is topping different cheeses with maple syrup. The added depth of flavor from our infused, smoked, and barrel-aged syrups takes the joys of cheese to new heights. Our Smoked Maple Syrup and barrel-aged syrups are to die for over brie and Vermont sharp cheddar. Level up your next charcuterie board with Runamok!

Ice Cream Topping

Who needs hot fudge when you have nature’s sweetest gift? Our Cocoa Bean Infused Maple is the perfect natural alternative to a not-so-healthy chocolate syrup. Some of our favorite combinations include our WhistlePig Barrel-Aged Maple Syrup over Butter Pecan, Cinnamon + Vanilla Infused Maple Syrup over Caramel Swirl and Salted Caramel Maple Syrup over, well, anything.

Marinades + Glazes

Nothing goes together better than sweet and salty. Our syrups are a great way to level up your marinade and glaze game, from Smoked Maple Syrup, Bourbon Barrel-aged and Hot + Spicy Maple Syrup to our award-winning Ginger Infused Maple Syrup.

Featured Recipes

WhistlePig Maple Old Fashioned


1 ½ oz WhistlePig PiggyBack 100% Rye

¼ oz Runamok WhistlePig Barrel Aged Maple Syrup

3 Dashes Aromatic or Orange Maple Bitters

Fresh Orange Peel for Garnish


1. Add all ingredients to an Old Fashioned glass.

2. Add ice. Stir until Maple Syrup is properly diluted.

3. Garnish with a fresh orange peel.

4. Enjoy!

Maple Overnight Oats


1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats

1 tablespoon chia seeds

3/4 c milk

2 tbsp Runamok maple syrup (we love using Cinnamon + Vanilla)

Toppings of choice: banana, cocoa nibs, granola, nuts, berries, peaches, Runamok maple syrup, and more…


1. Mix rolled oats and chia seeds in mason jar

2. Add milk and maple syrup

3. Add lid and shake the jar well to combine

4. Refrigerate at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.

5. When ready to enjoy, remove from fridge (you can enjoy the cold, or heat in the microwave). Add topping of choice – like granola, nuts, berries, sliced fruit, nut butters, seeds, yogurt, and lots of maple syrup.
