For maple purists out there, this is it – our certified organic, pure, grade A amber rich, Vermont maple syrup.

WHAT SETS IT APART:

Each spring when sap is boiled into syrup, sugarmakers get variations in the syrup through the season and even throughout the day. No two barrels of maple are the same.

Typically, producers blend these variations in flavor and color together for a uniform syrup. Our Runamok maple, however, is not made to conform. Our sugarmakers sample every barrel and, when the flavor is at its absolute peak, they set it aside with a note: “Reserve for Sugarmaker’s Cut.”

The rest of our delicious maple goes to infusions and barrel-aging, but only the very best of the best is bottled for our flagship Sugarmaker’s Cut. It has always been what we give to our friends, our family, and “those in the know.” Now we offer it to you.

Not all maple is the same: you can see the wide variety of finished syrups in the photo of sample jars below. (Learn more about maple grading here!)

Don’t worry, there’s a place for every maple! Lighter syrup is used to highlight delicate infusions like pure vanilla bean, while darker robust maple stands out in a strong coffee or cocoa infusion.
